What is the FOCO model?

FOCO stands for Franchise Owned, Company Operated. You invest the capital and Meta Big Bazaar's team manages all day-to-day operations including staffing, procurement and billing. You earn returns without managing the store yourself.

How much do I need to invest?

Total investment ranges from ₹60 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore for a store size of 1,600 to 3,000 sq. ft. at ₹3,500 per sq. ft. This includes a franchise fee of ₹3 Lakhs.

What returns can I expect?

You receive a Minimum Guarantee of 1% of revenue or a 5% revenue share whichever is higher. The company bears rent, salaries, utilities and expiry or damage costs.

What does the company cover?

The company bears rent, salaries, utilities and expiry or damage costs. 65 to 70% of your investment goes towards material cost and 30 to 35% towards setup and franchise fee.

What are the franchise terms and exit conditions?

The agreement runs for 5 years with a 3-year lock-in. On exit your inventory investment is 100% refundable and setup costs are recovered at realisable value.

Which cities are you currently operating in?

We have 9 operational stores across Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Kota and Barmer in Rajasthan, Bhatinda in Punjab and Delhi.

How do I get started?

Submit the sign-up form and pay a token amount. We then conduct a survey and feasibility report followed by final franchise payment, store development and launch.
